hot off the barbecue grill than sausages, peppers, and onions.
The sweet smell of cooking sausages and peppers brings back old
memories of the fairs, and outdoor markets. Try this recipe of
ours once, and it surely will become one of your grilling

Recipe: Large Sausages Bell Peppers Onions Olive Oil Sandwich Rolls Beer or Water
In a black iron
pan over hot coals, sear sausages in oil. Add beer or
water to the bottom of pan to create steam and then cook
until the sausages are hot and nearly cooked through. Add cut
up peppers and onions to sausage pan. Cover grill and cook
vegetables with sausages until "al dente", or
slightly soft. Remove and serve with a fresh grinder/sub bread
roll, and your favorite condiments.
