Prosciutto (dry cured ham)
Imported ham (cured ham)
Hard Salami
Provolen Cheese
Onion
Garlic
Scallion/Green Onion
Butter
Salt & Pepper (or Rub)
Soy Sauce
Olive Oil

Use your own variation of the above cured meats for stuffing.

Slice open (butterfly) the chicken breasts to make pockets for the stuffing. Cut and prepare the ingredients as shown. Stuff. Close the pockets, and then coat with oil. Sear the chicken for a minute or two each, and on both sides. Remove them from the black iron pan and place the breasts in a shallow pan, opposite the coals (Indirect Heating) at 325f-350f to finish grilling. Cooking time will vary depending on how big your chicken breasts are, and how hot your grill is. Chicken should be cooked to about 180f. Add some soy sauce and butter to the pan drippings, heat and then pour over the plated chicken.
