Boneless, skinless chicken
breasts from the grill are often overcooked, dry, and tasteless

Recipe: Boneless Chicken Breasts Prosciutto (dry cured
ham) Imported ham (cured
ham) Hard Salami Provolen Cheese Onion Garlic Scallion/Green Onion Butter Salt & Pepper (or
Rub) Soy Sauce Olive Oil
Use your own
variation of the above cured meats for stuffing.
Slice open
(butterfly) the chicken breasts to make pockets for the
stuffing. Cut and prepare the ingredients as shown. Stuff.
Close the pockets, and then coat with oil. Sear the
chicken for a minute or two each, and on both sides. Remove
them from the black iron pan and place the breasts in a
shallow pan, opposite the coals (Indirect Heating) at
325f-350f to finish grilling. Cooking time will vary depending
on how big your chicken breasts are, and how hot your grill is.
Chicken should be cooked to about 180f. Add some soy sauce and
butter to the pan drippings, heat and then pour over the plated
chicken.
