Recipe: 4-5lbs. Beef Short
Ribs Potatoes
Onions
Mushrooms
Broth Your favorite
Beef Spices
Olive Oil
For best results
marinade the ribs overnight to help tenderize before
grilling.
Coat the ribs
with Beef Rub or Spices, like granulated garlic, pepper, salt,
ETC. Now coat with all sides with olive oil. Sear the ribs and
then place in a baking pan opposite the coals. Add potatoes and
mushrooms. Fill the pan with broth or water until
ribs are 1/2 covered. Close grill cover and maintain the grill
temperature at 225-250f for about 4-5 hours, or until ribs are
tender. Serve with potatoes, mushrooms and rib
drippings.
